WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently don't accept returns at this time. Being an online shop, returns can be a bit tricky. But if you are unsatisfied with a product, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to reach an outcome where you get a candle you love!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We don't currently offer gift cards but we are working on offering them very soon! Keep your eyes peeled on our various social media accounts for further news.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We now offer both credit card and PayPal! As we transitioned over to a new website, we are finally able to offer you all PayPal as an easier checkout option.
DO YOU SHIP TO (X) LOCATION?
We are pleased to offer shipping worldwide! But please note the shipping options when checking out, as the cheapest shipping option does not include tracking and will likely take longer than a few weeks, depending on how far your location is away from Canada.
WHY IS THE SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Our shipping is currently priced by the total estimated weight of your order. For example, our soy wax melt option ships at a flat rate of $9.99, due to the product's light weight. Our shipping is also set per region (country), which can result in unreliable rates that may not apply to an entire region. If this is your first time ordering with Aurora Candle Co., we suggest keeping your order small in order to avoid steep shipping prices. And we will always refund any shipping overages if your package ends up costing us a less to send out. Contact us for more information!
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?
Please note the current processing time posted on the very front of the site's Home page. Our candles are made-to-order (with the exception of our As-Is candles), and it's sometimes necessary to purchase supplies as per the candle order. Another major factor is international customs, which is something we cannot control. Each country has their own processing time for custom clearance, so please keep that in mind when ordering. If you need your candle sooner than the processing time, feel free to send us an email so that we can reach a possible conclusion!
ANOTHER CANDLE COMPANY IS A LOT CHEAPER. WHY DON'T YOU LOWER YOUR PRICES?
I'm genuinely so happy that other companies are able to strive and thrive in this competitive marketing world! But my business is still incredibly small, and we are still not in the position of making a profit. I know our products may seem steep, but they are priced according to rep codes. We also price our products according to the amount of blood, sweat and literal tears put into keeping this company afloat. In the future, if our sales are steadier, we look forward to potentially being able to lower our prices!
